ABOUT ISTHERAPY

I am Isabel, hence ISTherapy!

A counsellor and NLP practitioner. Istherapy is a registered mental health professional service, providing a confidential and safe environment to explore issues of concern. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you become aware of what may be preventing you from your desired outcomes, helping you  overcome them with confidence.

Istherapy addresses unhelpful thought patterns and limiting beleifs and behaviours while helping to empower clients through evidence-based interventions. While there are many interventions that work for individuals, I recognise that we are all unique, and by enlisting a person centred holistic approach, Istherapy leverages techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Gottman therapy for Couples and more.

Specialising in evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Person-centered therapy, utilising cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to assist clients in navigating challenges affecting your mental health and wellness. Reach out with any questions. We are Spanish-speaking therapists.​​

Availability:

Mon - Friday  early afternoon. Saturday, morning sessions

Face to face by appointment only.
